Please read these terms carefully before using hdaje. Accessing or using the platform means you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hdaje ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hdaje website and all associated services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and promotional offers. These Terms apply to all players in Bangladesh and take effect from the moment you register an account or place a wager on the platform.
By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform, or accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact [email protected] to close your account.
Key Principles at a Glance
1. Eligibility
To register and use hdaje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. hdaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
1Minimum Age — 21+
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and place any wager on hdaje. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, which must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. If it is found that a player under the age of 21 has registered, hdaje will immediately close the account, void outstanding wagers, and return deposits in accordance with these Terms. hdaje does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
2One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on hdaje. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, device, IP address, or through third-party identifying information — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicates are detected, hdaje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit balances held in duplicate accounts, and withhold bonuses claimed across those accounts. Players who inadvertently register more than one account must contact [email protected] immediately to resolve the duplication.
3Accurate Personal Information
All information provided at registration — including full name, date of birth, and registered mobile number — must be accurate and truthful. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform.
2. Account Registration and Security
When you register an account with hdaje, you accept sole responsibility for all activity that occurs under that account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
- You must keep your login credentials — mobile number and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
- You are responsible for all bets, deposits, and actions taken on your account whether or not you authorised them. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
- hdaje may request KYC documentation — including a valid national ID or passport and proof of address — before processing your first withdrawal or at any time during a security review.
- Accounts inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity review. hdaje will notify the registered mobile number before taking any action on an inactive account.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.
Important: hdaje will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
hdaje supports deposits and withdrawals via local Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:
1Deposits
Deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and credited to your account in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown at the time of deposit. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and returned. hdaje does not accept deposits made with borrowed, stolen, or fraudulently obtained funds.
2Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). To be eligible for a withdrawal you must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. hdaje reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional review is required.
3Currency
All transactions on hdaje are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Taka. hdaje does not currently support multi-currency wallets. Any currency conversion costs incurred when funding an account from an international payment source are the sole responsibility of the player.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
hdaje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
- hdaje reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time of withdrawal of an offer are subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.
- Players found abusing bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic wagering designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or collusion — will have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed for suspension.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment method applies.
Note on Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, which is specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
By using hdaje you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or illegally obtained funds on the platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the platform or any of its game systems.
- Using the platform in any way that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at other players or staff.
- Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account.
Where hdaje determines that any prohibited conduct has occurred, hdaje reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and historical wagers placed during the period of misconduct, withhold and forfeit any account balance, and refer the matter to law enforcement where appropriate. hdaje's determination in respect of prohibited conduct is final and binding.
6. Responsible Gaming
hdaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. All responsible gaming tools are available from your account settings and can be activated at any time:
1Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately.
2Self-Exclusion
Players wishing to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion the account is suspended and the player cannot login, deposit, or wager. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Where a player attempts to open a new account during an active self-exclusion period, hdaje will close the new account and extend the exclusion.
3Underage Gambling Prevention
hdaje is strictly a 21+ platform. If you share a device with minors, we strongly recommend using device-level parental controls to prevent access to gambling websites. It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure that no person under the age of 21 can access the platform through their device. hdaje will cooperate fully with any investigation involving suspected underage gambling.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the hdaje platform — including website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of hdaje or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written permission of hdaje.
The hdaje brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of hdaje. Unauthorised use of the hdaje brand — including in domain names, social media handles, or any other digital or physical medium — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
hdaje provides the platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hdaje takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, secure, and free from errors, hdaje does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hdaje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit.
Disclaimer: hdaje does not guarantee the outcome of any game or betting market. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live event results. Participation in any game or betting market is at the player's own risk. Players should only wager funds they can afford to lose.
9. Amendments to These Terms
hdaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, hdaje will notify registered players via their registered mobile number at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date shown at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last reviewed and updated.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable law. hdaje operates as an online entertainment platform and complies with applicable regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. hdaje makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you are unsure whether online gaming is permitted in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering an account.
